Really did not want to go to the gym today
But I went anyway. I feel like crap. Because I didn’t want to go, I made myself push a little bit harder as a reward for going. Wow I’m tired
Yoga is so much easier after losing 40 lbs.
I totally have a whole new wardrobe
It’s not exactly “new” it’s just pants I bought a few years ago in a size I was expecting to be and never made it. But I tried them on today and I totally fit into them!!
So Exciting. I am officially calling myself the new size….I’m down 4 sizes then.

I’m getting a facial. Sweetness!

Another one bites the dust
pound that is. Yep got rid of another one and it ain’t comin’ back. Gettin’ rid of all the things in life that bring me down.

1. My hour glass figure (it may be wider than I’d like, but it’s still there)
2. My eyes, they are a deep brown and carry so much history in them
3. My smile. It is sincere and ever glowing
4. My tearducts. They remind me I am human, capable of compassion for others
5. My muscles. Getting bigger everyday, so watch out, I’ll be selling tickets to the gun show.
This was really hard, as I’m not used to saying nice things about myself. But, once I got started, it really wasn’t as difficult as I imagined.
I can do this alone, or we can do it together. Strength comes in numbers.
