30 lbs down
What a goal I’ve met!
Let me tell you it hasn’t been easy, it’s been a pain in the ass; but the results are so worth it.
My pants are falling off. My back doesn’t “roll” any more. I don’t ache as much.
It’s Awesome
Time to fess up
Ok, I guess it’s time for me to fess up. I know I must face reality. I started this blog with a purpose, to document my trials and progress in my weight loss journey. I knew I would bitch and complain, but I didn’t realize I would quit so easily.
That was it, I quit. Then I found a whole bunch of inspirational posters and sayings, but I still sat my lazy a$$ on the sofa and watched time go by.
Until two weeks ago. Then I had a personal interest in myself to get up and get moving. So I did. I went back and reread all the posts I had made. I was actually inspired by some of the things I posted and I vowed never to give up. I have a daily challenge to myself and so far I haven’t failed.
I’ve lost 8 pounds in 2 weeks since I got up off the couch and I’ve realized it’s easy to talk a good game, but it’s harder to actually do it. I’m not about talk, I about results.
I’ve never seen a more powerful word so misused before. I’m Possible!

In me I trust.
I choose to learn, then forget the past. Live vigorously in the present. Plan for wondorous adventures in the future.
I’m a slow runner, and walker, so this is a great inspiration.
